Terms of Service
By using Louskin Leasing services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our weekly car rental service is designed for gig economy drivers and personal use.
Renters must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and maintain an active gig work profile or proof of income.
All vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, minus normal wear and tear. Renters are responsible for any damage, traffic violations, or parking tickets incurred during the rental period.
Privacy Policy
We collect personal information necessary to process your rental application, including your name, contact details, driver's license information, and proof of income.
Your information is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. We may share information with insurance providers and law enforcement as required by law.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at info@louskinleasing.com.
Rental Agreement
Weekly payments are due at the start of each rental period. Late payments may result in additional fees or termination of the rental agreement.
Insurance coverage is included in your weekly rate. Additional coverage options are available upon request.
Louskin Leasing reserves the right to terminate any rental agreement for violation of these terms.
