Terms and Policy

By using Louskin Leasing services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These website Terms describe how you may use our site and apply for service. They do not replace, and are not a substitute for, the separate written Rental Agreement you will sign before taking possession of a vehicle. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your signed Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement controls. Louskin Leasing provides weekly vehicle rentals in the Seattle area for personal use and, where separately approved in writing, for gig economy/delivery platform use.

Eligibility Renters must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license. Renters must maintain active personal auto insurance for the entire rental period, meeting or exceeding Washington's minimum financial responsibility requirements. Approval of any rental application is at the sole discretion of Louskin Leasing.

Vehicle Use Vehicles rented through Louskin Leasing are for personal use unless the Renter has obtained separate written approval for gig platform use (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, or similar), which is subject to additional insurance requirements. Subletting, unauthorized drivers, or use outside the terms of your signed Rental Agreement may result in termination and repossession. Insurance & Liability Renters must maintain their own valid auto insurance. Full insurance and liability terms are set out in your signed Rental Agreement. Louskin Leasing's rights as a rental car agency are protected under the Graves Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 30106) and applicable Washington law. Fees & Payment Rental rates, security deposits, and any additional charges are disclosed in your individual Rental Agreement. Late payments may result in additional fees and repossession as outlined in your Rental Agreement.

We collect personal information necessary to process your rental application, including your name, contact details, driver's license information, and proof of income.

Your information is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. We may share information with insurance providers and law enforcement as required by law.
